History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Gillyd alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Gillyd was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the brigands.

History: Oskar hails from a village terrorized by giants. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He wants revenge against giants; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. After a long history of fighting, Orryn and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Locksmith arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
