Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. After coming to the age of reason, Hobart took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she wears long strands of sapphire and short violet dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. Her hair is short and red. Her blue eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it.

Description: This late middle aged woman is wearing a tight green one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape and is in decent physical shape. Her bronze crest is thinning but still full. Her gold eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She feeds upon the attention of others.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 9 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Raiann never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Elven companion (her 'brother'). She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature greatsword.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she desires power and/or immortality

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Spy work with an outfit from a few towns over. Spy work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 11 years.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and he is unsatisfied with his job
