History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
