History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Through the years after Sapply was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Sapply's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Wrenn hails from a village terrorized by orcs. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Tiefling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To pay off her debts; and to settle down with her crush

Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Orc conditions. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.
