Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Ootah's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She receives visions of the future at random moments

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She worked as a nervous Marshal and found it very stressful. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
