History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a robe, a symbol of the sun god around his neck, and a shortspear on his belt. His red hair is lengthy. His blue unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Bertram embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was born in the north. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Bertram has worked very hard to control his curse. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bertram fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep black leather and dull grey iron scale mail. His crest is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Patrin lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A freak accident while working with his Cartwright mother left him crippled. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His silver hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His ears are large.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bagabug grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Bagabug. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: Born in the west to a Stylist, Valafar learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and further expansion of business
