History: Bune was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her childhood dream was to be a Slave Trader, but she was a colossal failure. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Paelias embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Paelias was born on a far western forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Bellfounder. After a long history of fighting, Paelias and his spouse have recently divorced.
