History: Zaffrab lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: To protect his home; and doesn't want to be a engraver and was forced into it by his family

Description: This late middle aged man wears a tattered pair of loose tan pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs and is in decent physical shape. He has shaved his head bald. He has gleaming, smiling gray eyes.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born to a Shoemaker, his father struggled to pay the bills. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Eberdeb was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.

Motivation: To be a Shoemaker again; and many goblins want him driven away

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Knight hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things.
