History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A freak accident while working with his Barber mother left him crippled. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Flame lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Barrister and was forced into it by his family.

Description: This exceptionally lanky woman dresses well, wearing grey shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. Her auburn hair is heavily combed to the left. Her hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Tordrid was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
