Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: River lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Description: This eastern man is abnormally tall. He is wearing a long, brown cloak. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His silver hair is thinning but still full. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Roland is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He became a Merchant soon after.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he is greedy

Personality: She hates Half-Elves with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Bethrynna was born the youngest of three triplets. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is her passion; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: His left side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He is bald on top and has large auburn tufts of hair around his ears. His eyes are gray and beady.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
