History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Kildrak was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Bather work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bather work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bather.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Paymon was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Slave Trader hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He found a children's book about a Half-Orc Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he's looking for his big break
