Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. She has a long auburn ponytail with little hanging trinkets. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines green.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She has all her life been fascinated with singing.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Conrad took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up shortbow and armor he uses now. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He got into the Miller business at a young age. He found a children's book about a Human Warlock who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Miller for the past few years.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

History: Nalaed lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When Nalaed reached her early adolescence her Dwarf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.
