Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Ulblyn embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Description: He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly axes and scythes. He has dyed his greying black hair a little too much giving a sharp black color. His fierce blue eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a brown shirt with thin blue vertical stripes and tan pants. Sporting a white mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His amber eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He's also a talented Fisher, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he feels kind of lost in life

Description: An older man who is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured, he is not a threatening figure. His brass crest has been sun bleached extensively. He has several tiny topaz earrings on each ear.

Personality: He hates giants. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. She wears her hair in dreadlocks. Her amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Dell's homeland. Dell decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
