Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Medrash is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
