Description: He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy silver hair. His eyes are a pleasant green.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
