Through the years after Astaro was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Astaro's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Knight born in the past three hundred years. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and balancing her hectic life and new knight responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Engraver who has hired him part-time. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire.

Description: She is lean but muscular and wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her bastard sword with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. Her feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. She is baby faced.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and to prove her worth to the world

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
