Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Tailor who has hired her part-time. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Avice was born on a far western mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Tailor. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature spear.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
