Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Description: An older man who wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress), he is not a threatening figure. His chestnut hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Born in the east to a Stylist, Nelkin learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He became a Stylist soon after.

Motivation: He is content; and balancing his hectic life and new stylist responsibilities is difficult

Description: He wears suspenders and brown workpants. His shirt is pastel, and he wears a heavy brown leather apron most of the time, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 4'2" when asserting himself. His brown hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

Description: He is well dressed, constantly wearing a black suit, yellow shirt, and grey tie. He carries a battered greatsword and tarnished ceremonial dagger as well. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His amber eyes peer out from beneath his feathered black hat.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Bagabug alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bagabug fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. Her brown hair is cut short. Her gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: Born to a Scribe, her father struggled to pay the bills. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the west; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is her passion
