History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Merchant mother left him crippled. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is his passion; and wishes to resurrect an old love

History: He was born in the south. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
