Description: An older woman who wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. She usually doesn't wear a shirt, she is not a threatening figure. Her white hair is singed and shortened. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are white.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with writing. She constantly tries to fill her life with writing. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Kallista has worked very hard to control her curse. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Born to a Merchant, his father struggled to pay the bills. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to prove his worth to the world

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her first spouse was a Shipwright, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and regain custody of her son

His scarlet crest is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and regain custody of his son

History: He was born in the north. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he has passion for adventuring and risk
