History: Shadow was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Dariff was born the youngest of three triplets. Her first spouse was a Farmer, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Interpreter.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and she wants revenge against dire rats
