Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Orc in existence. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Born in the west to a Mayor, Thar learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His childhood dream was to be a Cartwright, but he was a colossal failure. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
