Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

Description: This fat western woman has a bulbous nose and typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep white leather and dull tan iron scale mail. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. Her silver hair is thinning but still full. Her amber eyes peer out from beneath her deerstalker white hat.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. After coming to the age of reason, Anne took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and she seems to be bored by most things

Personality: Paela hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her music career. She is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. When Paela reached her early adolescence her Halfling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has never given up on her music dream.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Miner father left him crippled. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.
