History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. Gale was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Scribe. After a long history of fighting, Gale and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep white leather and dull tan iron scale mail. Her black hair is lengthy. Her brown eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Stacee alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to gnolls.

Motivation: Many gnolls want her driven away.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Edge was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it.
