Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. A true patriot, Balimaar would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Balimaar lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care.
