Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Purah was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Ruler for the past few years.

Description: An older man who is typically in his Marshal uniform, he is not a threatening figure. His brown hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady brown eyes.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Koeth is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born in the east to a Marshal, Koeth learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Fletcher, but he got bored and became a Marshal. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
