History: Born to a Mason, his father struggled to pay the bills. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Adrik grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. During his travels, Adrik and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Adrik discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Adrik fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
