Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: She got into the Courier business at a young age. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Vicky alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it

History: Vaina lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: A stocky darker skinned woman, she likes to wear ponchos typically of a light blue in addition to tight pants. Her black hair is singed and shortened. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and she feels threatened by others

Description: This petite short woman is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. She is dressed in earthy colors with a tan and black handkerchief worn on her right side, marred by sweets. Her chestnut hair is wavy and long. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with writing. She constantly tries to fill her life with writing. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: Donella was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and a deep hatred of goblins
