Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. She is dressed in a clean white cloak covering her clean studded leather. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Murook is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her parents were killed by orcs in a raid when she was still a young child. The orcs captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for her hunting needs. Her golden hair is smooth and relatively long. She is baby faced.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was raised in a desert tribe. She worked as a nervous Ploughman and found it very stressful. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To protect her home; and to be a mortician again

Description: This younger middle-aged woman wears a pastel shirt with thin black vertical stripes and tan pants, and a wedding ring on her right hand. Her fur is short and beige. Her eyes are yellow and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Cask embodies much of what other species detest in the Tabaxis. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Her parents enrolled her in a Wizard school at a young age so that she could practice her martial talents. After a long history of fighting, Cask and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

Description: He is lean but muscular and wears tattered old clothes. He wears a Stetson hat to cover his moderate length brown hair. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Tharivol lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. Ielenia was born on a far southern mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Shepherd. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
