Description: This petite short woman is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. She wears rags and sports a simple walking cane, marred by teas. She has styled her white hair well, parting it to the right. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Stableman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has worked as a Stableman like her father before her.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: He likes to wear blue tank tops with black pants. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his dagger, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a butterfly on it. His long auburn hair reaches down to his waist. His fierce green eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and a deep hatred of brigands

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, he prefers to wear flannel. His yellow fur is greasy and uncared for. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines copper.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Flame was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Flame fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: He wears professional attire. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his crossbow, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a card on it. He wears his blonde hair up. His violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Born to a Knight, his father struggled to pay the bills. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Being a Navigator kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears a red costume with the symbols of magic on his torso. His golden hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Jak is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He married young, but lost his spouse to dire rats. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it.
