History: She was born into a rich family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally she sports a white coat. Her white hair is singed and shortened. Her brown eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. A true patriot, Stacee would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. When Stacee reached her early adolescence her Halfling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
