Description: He is a pot bellied eastern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with red colored cloaks and clothing. His white hair is long and unkept. His gray eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. The war was a terrible time for him, and Howard does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized white coat. His hair, while still mostly chestnut, has prominent grey streaks. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Hobart was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Hobart's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Hobart and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and wants to raise his children well

Description: She is a paragon of her species. She is larger and stronger than most Half-Elves. Her skin is dark but she possesses many grey ritualistic tattoos. She is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. Her hair is short and golden. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. Her first spouse was a Glassblower, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother.

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears blue robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a rapier, but if one is not available he will default to his dagger. His hair is cut close to his head. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His parents enrolled him in a Barbarian school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and further expansion of business

Description: She is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. She has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. With wild golden hair. Her skin is flawless and her amber eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: She hates giants. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Barrister business.

History: Born in the east to a Barrister, Waywocket learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 4 years.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and she desires to right it
