Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Emmeline is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Emmeline liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it.

History: Born in the south to a Ruler, Oren learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Sailor, but he got bored and became a Ruler. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
