History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
