History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered north to less war torn lands. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Randal will drive conversation. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Dragonborn people.
