Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. Valorean is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.

Description: She is wearing a long, tan, dusty cloak. She carries with her a set of sais on her belt, each one with a jet on the hilt. She has no hair. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: He very much looks the part of a Mayor. He carries with him a set of quarterstaffs, each one with a ruby on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His yellow fur is drawn into a tight pony tail with a dagger scrunchie. His yellow eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Mayor arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His childhood dream was to be a Dyer, but he was a colossal failure. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: She is a pot bellied southern woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She is wearing a long, blue cloak. Her white hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her eyes are likewise brown. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Oda grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Oda. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Oda fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and wants to work out more often
