Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Dwarf, and stands approximately 4'1". She wears baggy brown pantaloons and a white scarf, and her gloved hand is found clutching a scythe. Her white hair is still thick. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.
History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. She has achieved small success as a Healer.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He likes to wear pastel tank tops with blue pants. His red fur is knotted and matted. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tabaxis became a terror of the countryside. He's also a talented Mayor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and sabotage a competitor

Description: He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His fierce green eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: Enialis was born with his mother's beautiful face. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Enialis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 5'3" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She has a large tan mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her white robe. Her red hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines gray.
Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Spy arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it.

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears a black vest with golden trim over her white shirt. Her grey leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her black boots flare out at the collars, and is pretty ugly. She wears her hair in dreadlocks. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.
Personality: Neega speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. Neega is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. After coming to the age of reason, Neega took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion.
