Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She takes great joy in being the best Cook in town.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Cook work with an outfit from a few towns over. Cook work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Cook for hire.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: He wears a fancy grey suit. He wears his white hair down. His amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. Diggory is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born in the west to a Mason, Diggory learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Diggory grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Diggory. Being a Mason kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and balancing his hectic life and new mason responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: The child of a Weaver, who enjoyed hunting, Heian was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Fortune-teller.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and sabotage a competitor

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She is typically in her Engraver uniform. Her black hair is braided into rings. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Anakis's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: Anakis was raised in a hard working conservative environment. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Engraver for hire.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is well dressed, constantly wearing a white suit, black shirt, and yellow tie. He sports a flattop hair cut. His half smiles and gray eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Bookbinder born in the past three hundred years. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Chay alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and money/treasure
