History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature glaive.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 2 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Nyx never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

History: Naal was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His childhood dream was to be a Stylist, but he was a colossal failure. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She's also a talented Soapmaker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She's attracted to the PC; and balancing her hectic life and new spice merchant responsibilities is difficult
