Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Havilar was born on a far eastern forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Tanner. She found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, she put together a working one.
