History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Lucan was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions
