History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Adelaide was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the gnolls.

She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He bought a shortspear and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
