History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Traki fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Through the years after Heskan was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Heskan's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

She carries with her a set of whips, each one with a ruby on the hilt. She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. She wears a colorful flower in her auburn hair. Her skin is flawless and her violet eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Buvvie grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Buvvie. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Bellfounder they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Cartwright, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and seeks redemption

Personality: Adran is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She takes great joy in being the best Carter in town.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When Ella reached her early adolescence her Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
