Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears an entirely grey suit with black socks and a vest with buckled shoes. His silver hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He has a dull look in his amber eyes.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Norman has worked very hard to control his curse. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: Her right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She is wearing a long, violet, dusty cloak. Sporting a golden mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. This blue eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. After a long history of fighting, Anne and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Description: She stands about 3'4" and usually wears her blue robe and has her scimitar always slung over her shoulder. Her right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. She has moderate length auburn hair. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: This malnourished woman is dressed in earthy colors with a black and tan handkerchief worn on her right side. Her long white hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: She got into the Guard business at a young age. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Voice: High pitched and raspy

Description: With grey face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His eyes are blue and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He takes great joy in being the best Navigator in town.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Navigator. He's also a talented Sailor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.
