History: Barendd lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her singing with anyone who is interested.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: The woman has a huge range of feeling. She will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how she will be a better person from this day on. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To pay off her debts; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with dancing. She constantly tries to fill her life with dancing. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
