His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of giants once and for all.

History: Nykkan was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He married young, but lost his spouse to giants. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Nykkan was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and a deep hatred of giants

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job.

Description: This dark-skinned female is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. She is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. Her blonde hair is knotted and matted. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: She was raised in a desert tribe. Bree liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
