Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. Argran enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Vepar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 8 years.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His childhood dream was to be a Banker, but he was a colossal failure. He's also a talented Banker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.
