Personality: Jocelyn speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. In his youth he was a Marshal, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up.
