History: Howard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. A gifted student she started as a Bellfounder, but she got bored and became a Dilettante. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Dilettante responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Myathethil lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Fletcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Fletcher for hire.
