Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Veit and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. A freak accident while working with her Miller father left her crippled. She now mingles about in high society.
